We Care for Our Residents, Patients, and Consumers

We keep our state running - in airports, transportation, public health and housing, in our hospitals, and ensuring our most vulnerable loved ones have access to critical public serves and quality care at home.

We hold the healthcare system accountable to safe facilities and staffing levels, because every Nevadan deserves the highest level of care. We fight to ensure high-quality, affordable health care and long-term care for all.

We Fight for a Powerful and United Voice at Work and in Our Communities

Too much power is wielded by corporations, billionaires, and politicians who have rigged the system against working families. We demand that elected officials fix our state's affordability crisis and invest in our communities.

We organize to make our workplaces and communities safe and to protect each other from unfair treatment and exploitation. We fight for what every worker deserves: a family-sustaining wage, affordable housing, health care, job and retirement security and paid time off. We demand protection and expansion of the right to form a union and bargain collectively.

We Stand for Democracy and Racial Justice for All

We fight against attempts to turn back the clock and the disenfranchisement of Black and other voters of color. We demand bold action to address climate change and protect the planet for future generations.

We stand in solidarity with those across Nevada fighting for freedom, democracy, and better pathways to citizenship for families that work alongside all of us, not militarized communities that harm and separate everyday people.
